Return & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement for damaged items.

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
