By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, shape, or finish
• Orders are not confirmed until full payment or required deposit is received
• Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect customer information
• All sales are final
• Replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
• Products are intended for supervised use, especially for children due to small parts

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
